Principals

The principals of RESIS have over 43 years of collective experience in residential real estate and have managed the marketing, sales, and leasing of 2,000+ units totaling over $2 billion in the last ten years alone.

Tina Marie Bacci, PhD, is is an expert on research analysis, audience targeting, and inventory, marketing, and pricing strategies. She has provided consulting services to real estate developers in Boston and surrounding MA areas, in Maine, Illinois, Canada, and Italy. She is often sought for her market knowledge and has been cited in local, regional, and international publications, ranging from Boston Magazine and The Boston Globe, to the Toronto Star, and South China Morning Post. She has a Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island, a Master’s Degree from Northeastern University, and a B.A. from The College of the Holy Cross. She is the recipient of the 2015 Banker and Tradesman Women of FIRE Award, as well as the 2010 New Leader in MA Real Estate Award.

R. Wayne Lopez is an expert on forming and leading sales teams, applying market data and buyer psychographic to create exceptional sales presentations that are informative and experiential for prospects, and executing inventory and pricing strategies that create maximum profit for developers.  Lopez earned his M.B.A. at Bentley College, his B.S. in Economics and Management Science at SUNY College at Cortland, and a Certified Property Manager designation through The Institute of Real Estate Management. He is the recipient of the 2013 Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston PRISM Award for “Sales Person of the Year: Builder or Associate.”
