R. Wayne Lopez is primarily responsible for the direction and management of residential sales programs, value engineering research, and strategic planning. Wayne earned his B.S. in Economics and Management Science at SUNY College at Cortland, his M.B.A. at Bentley College, and a Certified Property Manager designation through The Institute of Real Estate Management. Wayne has a diverse background in portfolio management, finance, market analysis, CRM systems, and construction development in addition to his marketing and sales expertise. He has successfully managed various aspects of marketing and sales programs for 1,500+ new construction and conversion condominium projects with cumulative sales totals of over $1 billion in recent years. He is currently overseeing marketing & sales for 45 PROVINCE. He is also managing the team of real estate agents in the RESIS Private Client Services Division. Wayne is a MA licensed real estate broker, holds a MA unrestricted construction supervisor license, and is a member of The National Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Real Estate Board, The Institute of Real Estate Management, and The Institue for Luxury Home Marketing.
Tina Marie Bacci, PhD, is our expert on providing comprehensive research reports. Her research is used to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and to guide clients on maximizing the profitability of their residential developments. She has a wide range of real estate experience from international relocation and complex title issues to managing onsite sales and marketing operations at several developments. She is a certified researcher with the Institutional Review Board, a Young Leader of the Urban Land Institute and a Developing Leader at NAIOP (where she also serves on the Marketing and Membership Board), and she is a member of the Association for Business Communication and the Rhetoric Society of America. She is a published author and often speaks at national and international conferences as an expert in theories of business communications, and she teaches on various topics of business communications at a variety of colleges and universities throughout New England. She was recently recognized by Banker & Tradesman as a New Leader in MA Real Estate. Dr. Bacci is currently executing the sales and marketing strategy for 45 PROVINCE with Lopez, as well as creating and executing strategies for Seaglass Village in Wells, Maine, and The Wyeth in Cambridge, MA.
